1. Scope of Services
RelocFinance provides three categories of offerings:
1) tax and accounting support services related to professional relocation,
2) informational products such as guides and templates,
3) physical goods, including relocation kits.
2. Tax and Accounting Support Services
These services include personalized consultations, document preparation, and compliance reviews to assist with relocation-related accounting and tax matters.
2.1 Refund and Transfer Policy for Support Services
- Full refunds are available if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided no consultation has been delivered.
- If service has commenced (e.g., consultation occurred), a pro-rata refund will be issued based on unused hours. The refunded amount will be calculated by deducting the standard hourly rate for time rendered.
- Clients may transfer their service to another individual or to a future date if they notify us at least 5 days before the scheduled consultation. Transfer requests submitted later will not be accepted.
- No refunds or transfers are available for express or custom analysis packages once scheduling has been confirmed, due to dedicated resource allocation.
3. Informational Products
Informational products include digital or downloadable items such as e-books, video tutorials, and template bundles.
3.1 Refund Policy for Informational Products
- Customers may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if they have not downloaded or accessed the product.
- Once access has been granted or the download initiated, the product is considered consumed and is non-refundable.
- Transfers or exchanges are not available for digital products once delivery has occurred.
4. Goods
Physical goods include relocation kits, printed materials, or other tangible items shipped to the customer.
4.1 Return and Refund Policy for Goods
- Unused goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
- To initiate a return, contact us at +14169170964 or via our contact form to receive a return authorization.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of shipping error or defective merchandise.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned goods, to the original payment method.
- Customized or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to the original method of purchase within 10 business days of approval. RelocFinance is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banks. If you have not received your refund within the stated period, please contact us.
6. Service Transfers
Clients may transfer eligible services or credits to another individual or to a future date if notification is provided in writing according to the relevant section above. Transfer confirmations will be sent via email.
7. No Refund Situations
Certain offerings, such as express support or customized analysis, are final sale. This provision exists to compensate for reserved personnel and scheduling commitments, which cannot be reallocated on short notice.
